Price for tr6 restoration project

I am thinking of going to look at a local 71 tr6 restoration project. It is
complete with some work already completed but not much according to the
owner. It is also suposed to have a drivetrain is working condition. It is
suposed to have rust if the rockers and floors. What is it worth if this is
an acurate description of the car?
