TR6 brakes

OK, it seems the concensus is this;
  The booster is probally shot, I'll check it for sure tonight.  The flex 
hoses are probally shot too and even if they're not, they should be 
replaced.  I want to thank everone who helped me out.  I had a feeling, but 
was unsure of what the booster was supposed to do.  Now I know what it's 
supposed to do, and how to check and I'll pull those 30 year old flex hoses 
off and throw them away.
