Make sure the seals under the front fenders are in good shape.  If they
aren't, you will get a cold breeze blowing onto your knees for no
apparent reason.

Backflushing the heater core (gently), and replacing the heater hoses
may help, too.

And of course, the "racer's secret" : Duct tape !   (aka 200 mph tape)
