Loosen the pinch bolt at the base of the dizzy, rotate the body slightly
CCW, snug the bolt back down.  Don't overtighten it, the body breaks
easily.  In fact, you might want to try to turn the body without
loosening the pinch bolt, as the body may already be broken.
