TR2/3/3A/3B do not use the shims in the front suspension. There is no
adjustment for caster or camber, toe-in is set by turning the tie rods.

The brass bushings in the outer end of the lower wishbones will need to
be reamed (5/8" as I recall), if they have been replaced.  IMO, they
should always be replaced.
