OD Wiring and Leaky SU

What is the wiring scheme for my 1960 TR3A overdrive?  What is the test to see 
if the relay is working?  If the relay is not working what is a suitable 
replacement from my local auto supplier?

Second question:  My rear carb is leaking where the bowl bolts to the bottom of 
the carb.  I have replaced the bolt, seals, and the fiber washer, and it still 
leaks at the fiber washer.  What can I do to stop the leak?
