I mostly used the same technique as Gary but with one twist:

Here I pulled down then twisted the tab before bending up.  The twist (90 
degrees or less) while pulling snugged the bead to the wing joint.

I used a pressure bleeder.  It quickly bleeds the system without creating 
air bubbles.  You might try letting the car sit for a week or so (it 
takes a long time for little bubbles to work their way out of silicon ) 
then use either a pressure or vacume bleeder without pumping the brakes.
