Are these a factory accessory?

Well I can't get to the ebay link at the moment, but mudflaps were certainly
available for many Triumphs as a legitimate optional extra - they are listed
in the relevant parts books under "Accessories". The difficulty is working
out which ones fit each car when you find them at autojumbles, unless you
happen to carry a headful of part numbers!
