Here is a report with some interesting news. Someone suggested that the
answer was that the fiber washer needed to absorb oil, expand and get more
pliable.
Well that seems to be the answer. Got home last night and and the leak had
slowed or stopped. I gave the cap a 1/8 more turn and the whole didn't miss a
drop all night.
