Vacuum and advance

I replaced my TR3 vacuum advance unit with a new one,, got to looking, the
old one has numbers,, 7-14-10,, the new one has, 5-11-7, So,, is this a
problem?

In the manual, centrifical advance is called out at No advance at 150 dist.
rpm (300 rpm engine), up to, about 9-1/4 dist. degrees (18-1/2 degrees
engine) at about 700 dist. rpm (1400 rpm engine), up to, about 16 dist.
degrees (32 degrees engine) at about 2150 dist. rpm (4300 rpm engine.)
So,,with vacuum advance disconnected and pluged and if I add the 4 degrees
static, **At slow idle of around 300 rpm my timing lite should indicate
approx. 4 degrees advanced on the pulley, at 1400 rpm it should indicate
approx 22-1/2 degrees advance on the pulley and at 4300 rpm,, (which I will
not do) it should read approx. 36 degrees advance on the pulley.** Does
this sound right?
