Haven't tried it, but IMO it's at least not necessary, and probably not
a good idea.  Unlike the other bearings in the engine, the rocker
bushings do not require a steady flow of oil to carry away heat.  For
oil to flow out the vent hole, the inside of the rocker must be full of
oil, which is enough lubrication.  More is not better, at least not in
this case.  Plus, (again IMO) the big oiling problem here (especially on
the 6-cyl) is having deposits build up in the passage up from the cam
bearing, and inside the rocker shaft.  Plugging the vent holes will
reduce the flow through the passage further, which will aggravate the
deposit problem.
