I retract my previous statement. I took a quick look (an heroic gesture on
my part as it is 29 degrees out there) and the wire to the speedo is indeed
red. (The dash lighting wires on the TR6 and the TR8 are both red/white
but that should be no suprise).
The Service Manyal (TR2) does show the dash lighting switch and my car is
so equipped. There is no TR3 supplement for the electrical system.
