Bob,
My experience is with a TR3, so YMMV, but here's a few things I learned
along the way.

Rumor has it that all the major houses buy from John Skinner in the UK.
(Sales@JOHN-SKINNER.CO.UK) You can buy direct, but shipping and taxes add
to the complexity. However, if the cost savings are significant it may be
worthwhile. When comparing prices, be careful to compare apples to apples.
I believe that when Skinner says all leather, he means ALL leather. What
Moss et. al call Leather are what Skinner calls leather faced, the sides and
back are vinyl.

When you get the kit, make sure you have all the parts. When I got mine, I
was missing the trim pieces but I didn't know I was supposed to have them
until I checked with someone else that had recently done the same job.

Bob
