One the the guys in my local club has a new front valence that he bought
a few years ago for a restoration he was doing at the time. He ended up
having the the old one repaired as it would have cost more to have all
the missing details on the new one fixed than to repair the old one, but
he is keeping the new one in case he needs it some day for one of his
other TR3s he hasn't got to restoring yet. They may have better tooling
for the front valence now but I'd make sure you can return it if the
quality is as bad as the one I've seen. The area that seemed that you
would have to rework no matter what on the valence he had was the bottom
of the headlight opening where the headlight mounting flange joins the
body. It was so poorly shaped I don't think you could install you head
light trim rings with out some hammer and dolly work in this area.
