I went through this exercise just a few months ago for my TR6
restoration.....I needed a couple of rear lenses to complete the entire rear
and side marker set.....the big three (or any other source) couldn't help me.
Fortunately, I was able to pick up 2 NOS lenses at the Triumph Spares Show
in the UK back in February; the remaining acquisitions came from parts cars
which buffed up like new. If you need rear side marker lenses, be sure to
get federal spec lenses with provisions for lamps - the UK cars don't use
illuminated side marker lenses.
Are there any UK folks out there that may have contacts with venders from the
Spares show that could help Mitch?
