My TR3 hood/top has an old university decal on the back window. The
sticker peels off easily but leaves behind the adhesive which is gummy,
though transparent (for now).
I have tried Goo-Gone and WD40 with no effect on the adhesive. Also
tried lifting it off with duct tape but no joy there either. Stuff I am
sure would take it off (e.g. carb cleaner) will surely do bad things to
the window.
What is likely to be strong enough yet not damage the plastic? TIA
