I would like to urge once again that everyone pester their ISP to 
install the Postini software, this software intercepts and 
quarantines all known viruses and is constantly updated.
Almost as good it also intercepts and quarantines "junk" email.
It gives you an heads up on quarantined viruses immediately (by 
email) and sends a summary message for the "junk" allowing you to 
check for something you might want to see.
If no action is taken the quarantined stuff is trashed after two weeks.
Believe  me this stuff works.
