Dear Alun,

If a 13/60 is a little lack-lustre for you, I would suggest you invest 
in a Vitesse.   You can probably buy one cheaper than you could get a 
bigger engine put in your 13/60, and you'd get the benefit of keeping 
your Herald original.

To be honest, I am not completely convinced that trying to turn a Herald 
into a high-performance road-car is a great idea.   I barely trust the 
suspension and braking system to cope with the massive (less than 50HP) 
stock engines in my Heralds.   Uprating the engine would mean that you 
ought to uprate everything else, and I don't think the game is worth the 
candle.
