Hi Ian,
    The threat to 4* petrol is coming from poor sales, the very reason that LRP 
is being withdrawn. LRP didn't sell because of it's poor reputation and lack of 
any test standard. Leaded 4* doesn't sell well (to me at least) because of the 
horrendous price. If 4* is withdrawn, it will ultimately be a simple commercial 
decision.
