I don't intend to fan the flames of the originality debate, but on the other
hand, I don't really care if I do stir stuff up a little either.
We've all head of the various modifications (upgrades?) that can be adapted
to our British cars with Japanese parts.
I know people who have Datsun 240Z rear drums on their TRs
I also know someone who has Datsun 240Z half shafts on his TR6 and swears
they are a tremendous improvement over his (admittedly worn out) original
splined half shafts.
I have seen documentation on adapting Corvair rear hubs to TR6s . . .and the
same article made mention of the possibility of using Datsun 240Z hubs.
My question is . . has anyone here done that conversion or know of someone
who has?
