The shift knobs for the Right Hand Drive cars are different because of the shift pattern. 1st is upper right with 4th being lower left. It takes some getting use to, but not as much as having the clutch pedal on the right and the gas pedal on the left. Right Hand Drive cars are just weird. ~or~,, maybe its just me.
