Hi Joe
I would think that all knobs would be interchangeable, the shapes could, I
suppose, be different the common shape over here AFAIK is the more or less
cylindrical with very slightly curved tapering sides. As in the top and
bottom are nearly the same diameter and the taper is a large diameter arc. I
have fitted different knobs on various cars in the past including from
different models with different shift patterns just to have one that was not
all sticky or falling apart when I was too poor to buy a new knob!
