| I just received a new wheel cylinder unit from Moss, part #580-025 for my
1960 TR3A, TS67947L. The original Girling unit I removed from my 9-inch brakes
has a piston with the slotted end extending from the cylinder, but the Moss
unit has no slotted end and is practically flush with the cylinder body.
Is it possible I was shipped an incorrect unit, or am I describing a brake
system that does not fall within Moss's range for this part--TR3A from TS56377
TR3B thru TR4 to CT5655 (wire wheels), CT5782 (disc wheels)?
I'm assuming I need a cylinder that has a piston with a slotted end to
contact the brake shoe, correct?
TIA,
