require OE belts.

Dale, my 71 TR6 came with three point belts without the recoil retractors.
I have since fitted the retractor style belts from a 73 or 74 model car. I
doubt lap belts met the saftey regulations of 1973. Nor will SCCA be
satisfied with them.
