| Sorry, but I deleted the original query. I can't say what a bad diff sounds like (hey, they allo seem to make noise) but if you think you have a bad rear bearing, replace it quickly. And keep the new one lubed. Otherwise you may be looking at having to replace the halfshaft, a rather more expensive proposition.
