No, Haynes' Manuals are not that good.   They are certainly not as 
useful (or as user-friendly) as a factory manual.   That being said, 
they are considerably cheaper, and a lot easier to come by.<

The best bet is to get one of each.  The factory ( Bentley) manuals tend to
assume a certain level of competency on the part of the reader.  They tend
to complement each other.
