I can't, but wanted to mention a third possibility ... your gas station is
cheating.

Can't prove anything personally, but I have coasted in with no gas in the
tank and only put in 12.5 gallons to fill it to the brim ... then other
times driven in and put 13+ gallons in. Something is rotten somewhere ...
