Sheet metal is measured using the Standard Wire Gauge system (SWG). You can
buy a gauge which is calibrated in SWG, or you can measure the thickness
with a micrometer and use a look up table to convert thou to SWG try this
one,

it says Dia this is equal to the thickness.
Also be aware that there is an American Wire Gauge which is different but I
guess as this is an LBC list you would want the correct metal thickness for
your LBC. ;-)
