So, while the fees up here are lower than some I am being sent in the US, they
are not nothing as I had thought. The scales are falling from my eyes.
Injustice and double-taxation are everywhere it seems.

Hate to tell you Mark but most places in Canada charge for a trip unless you
have coverage from work health plans or extra insurance such as Blue Cross.
Most services are privately owned. A trip in the city is $250.00 plus
mileage for out of town where I live.
