You mean if he had tuned your carbs it would be done only once, but now that 
you have been shown how to do it, you will have to tune them every day for the 
rest of your life? Sounds fishy to me. :^)

I wanted to compliment publicly the KC All British and John Twist from
Michigan for his classes on maintenance and repairs.  He went through several
cars during the event and spent time teaching us the ins and outs of repair.
On my car, he gave a class on carb tuning, and it was very educational.   I
have often thought that local mechanics could charge extra, if they just
included the owners in how the work was being done.

The old saw about teaching a man to fish comes to mind.  Thanks John, and
thanks to the hosts of the KC All British.
