Rather than swap the DCOEs our for SU's I think I'll lean down the DCOEs
first. Right now I'm running 50F9 idle jets and I know I'm running rich
in the idle & progression circuits. So I thought I would try 45F8,
going down one size in the jet dia and up one size on the air
correction. I should be able to drop one size in the main jet without
problems. I currently get close to stock SU mileage when I'm running
off the mains but a fair amount less when I'm running off the
progression circuit.

Current plan of record is to:

1. clean up the sloppy ignition timing
2. Go down one size in the idle jets, verify that throttle linkage arms
are exact same length then reset idle.
3. Add O2 level meter to measure air to fuel throughout the driving band
(idle to 6000 RPM) then adjust from there.
