Painting TR6 Steel wheels

I'd planned to get my TR6 wheels powder coated this past
spring but decided against it when it was brought to my
attention that as soon as I removed/replaced the trim rings
a few times, all of the scratch marks I had just had bead-
blasted off and covered with p/c would be back.
