Howdy all:

Spent a lot of time behind the wheel of my 250 this weekend, and took it
to its first show (with us, anyway). A couple of things came up:

1. I had to do some heavy braking on the way to the show thanks to
being cut off by an aggressive driver. As I'm breaking, I all of a
sudden hear the unmistakable sound of hissing air, and now hear it
whenever any pressure is put on the pedal, and effort has increased
moderately. So, it looks like I've killed the seals on the vacuum in
the servo. Here's my question -- how difficult is it to remove the
servo and replace it?

2. Every other 250 at the show had replaced the plastic snaps that
adorn the top of the door for the tonneau with metal snaps. I liked
this arrangement much better than the original plastic, which always
seems to break on me. Has anyone else done this? Are these simply the
same snaps that attach the rear of the top to the body? I neglected to
ask those present.

Thanks as always!

Best,

B.
