When I had almost the same problem ... almost  exactly the same 
symptoms ... it turned out to be the coil ... especially after it 
heated up  ... just to be on the safe side I  also replaced the wires 
(which turned out to be lucky) two of the  "green"  wires fell  apart 
as I removed them ... :-(
