I installed flat glass bullet mirrors up on the fenders of my GT6 directly in
line with the centres of the front wheels and added stick-on convex mirrors to
both of them. Works great. There is not enough of a field of view on a flat
mirror from that distance.

There is also an original flat glass bullet mirror mounted on the door to the
rear of the vent window, but it is too close to me to be of any use. If it was
mounted forward of the vent window, it would be better but I think it would be
challenging to get it mounted that far forward.

I've been told that a stick-on convex works well on the right-side bullet.
Haven't tried it yet. I've found that the turned-in-as-far-as-possible
position actually covers part of the blind-spot view of the lane to the right.
So it isn't entirely useless.
