Almost any aftermarket alarm system should be able to offer this
functionality.
Actual remote door locks would be a whole different problem, though, as the
locks are completely contained within the exterior handle; not to mention
pretty much useless as it's a simple matter to slide the window open and use
the interior handle (which doesn't lock).
