arbitrator for those judging and being judged -- but I never take it as the
absolute last word."
Well, for those who don't care if their car is the way it left the factory,
you need not.
HOWEVER, if you are attempting to restore a car to concours condition, or
just correct condition, you need to pay close attention.
The TR4 and the rest of the TR's are known cars with good factory records to
back up the judging book.
