According to that, your recourse is basically limited to :

1) Ignore the poor feedback and carry on.  Any reasonable buyer should
realize that small amounts of negative feedback only reflect the fact that
you cannot please all the people all the time.  It's an imperfect world.

2) Respond to the negative feedback and let future readers make their own
decision.

3) Reason with the buyer and ask them to change their feedback.  (I did not
know this option existed.)

4) Report the negative feedback as a violation of eBay policy (for example
if the buyer requested additional merchandise in return for positive
feedback).
