Revington TR seems to offer the bracket, P/N 145072, 26.73 GBP.

But as I understand it, the pivot screw is supposed to have a shoulder that
pulls up tight against the bracket with a nut & lockwasher on the other
side.  If so, wear in the hole should not cause slop in the linkage.
