well, the reason the car didn't run was because the fuel supply was
disconnected. unfortunately, that was also why it quit leaking fuel. but
now, at least, its just the back carb that leaks.
the good news is that after you fill the fuel system with fuel, and then
disconnect it because it leaks, the car runs pretty well. the bad news is
that I'll have to do some more work on that back carb
