If it were me I wouldn't worry too much about access to the dog bolt, =
not something you generally need to remove very often, and if you are =
doing something that requires removal of the bolt you probably are going =
to take the radiator out for access anyway, taking the radiator out of a =
4A is a pretty easy job, if you take the radiator out removing the fan =
is a piece of cake, am I missing something?

Also, wouldn't it be pretty easy to ream out the center hole in the =
plastic fan.
