Hi Jim,
200 is not to bad.  210 is boiling.  I believe you can reverse the wires on the 
fan to change it's direction.
A different fan could help, then you might not need the electric unit.
Puller electric fans are also more effective than pushing, but then you would 
have to remove the factory setup.
