Thanks Sujit.  Turns out it was the rotating disc that is the choke mechanis=
m on this carb.  Just had alot of oil in there probably from my bad dashpot O=
 ring, which I since replaced.  Now I know where the oil went, lol. Also mis=
sing a gasket on the housing, but I had one.  Choke works great now.  Should=
 be ready to run.
