Back in 2008, Herman was experiencing some problems with the McLeod T/O Bea=
ring leaking. My kit had that unit and it failed immediately =E2=80=A6. ht=

stalled the tranny per instructions, depressed the clutch and fluid came le=
aking out. Herman was testing the Quarter Master T/O bearing and, because o=
f my experience with the McLeod, starting using Quarter Master as the new b=
earing=E2=80=A6=E2=80=A6 as I recall, it was more expensive but of much bet=
ter quality.=20

Maybe Moss went back to McLeod to save money?

I purchased the HDVA conversion and Herman provided the Quartermaster TOB a=
t that time. I am not sure when or why he made the change.=C2=A0 I am compl=
etely satisfied with the Quartermaster TOB.
