Hello Brian - Copper works great - buy direct from the guys that make them 
for NASCAR - They are very reasonable ,I sent a pattern for my 948 cc Sprite 
gasket modifying the areas that I thought need strengthening , such as extra 
holes in original gaskets that were not used, combustion chamber area not 
being round and smaller head stud holes for better fit.  Copper Gaskets 
Unlimited, 17650 N. 25th Ave., Phoenix, Az. 85023, 602-993-2606 ask for
