There are a multidude of classes that allow for other variations. I'm not
familier with each HSR class, remember I just do the gear boxes. I know
for example there are classes for vintage "production" cars and vintage
"race" cars. It seems in conversations people can confuse the two.
Example fender flares may not be allowed in the first class mentioned but
are allowed in the second.
