ROFLMAO!
at import carlisle this year there were a bunch of the 2CV's. but! the
funniest thing i ever saw was the SCCA had an autocross set up and one of
the 2CV's ran the course! holly cow! i have never seen body roll like
that before in my life! the car leaned near 45 degrees from verticle in
the corners! and still had all 4 wheels firmly planted on the asphalt! i
think that car would make me sea sick! (and i do not get sea sick...LOL!)
talk about suspension travel! it was hilarious to watch let alone listen
to the crowd! the crowd sounded like watching fireworks on a holiday!
evry corner the car would lean seriously into the corner and the crowd would
"ooooh" and "ahhhhh" at each turn! the car was beautifully restored and
kept. i was impressed at how nice it was. but i had no idea as to their
handling! i'd roll one of those things in a heart beat if i ever drove one!
and i thought saab's were prone to seeing the world from an inverted
state!!!!!!
