That's nothing. I noticed that someone paid $13.28 for a copy of R&T Nov62 this month on ebay. A little searching on the net could have a vendor who charges $3 - no bidding! Another copy went for $3.

My old mail server had a limit as well. Therefore, to view the entire digest, I would not open the message, but would hit File-Save, saving it as a text file. This did the trick for me.
