- My 261 doesn't even have an oil filter. You will notice BIG improvements with the 261 and the motor swap is the same as a 216 to 235. Early 261's had no filter or a bypass type. The full oil pressure

- I forgot to mention that the brake drum seperated into two pieces. So, I was thinking about replacing the master cylinder, as well and wondered if I used a master cylinder with a larger bore diameter

- I just pulled my inclosed driveline 3 sp and checked it out. The synchronizer drum is all the way back and only will move about 5mm on the mainshaft. It is stuck in second gear. Any ideas as to what

- It was in 73 or 74 that GM went to internal regulators. The connector on the alternator will be parallel to the fan. Some of the cases don't have the ribs, so further identify by the connectors shape

- I just tore down the open AD 3 sp. It looks like I can swap out the clutch gear shaft (input), syncro hub and syncro as a unit. How can I get the brass syncro out of the syncro hub without goofing it
