- After last weekend's night drive up to Winter Park in Colorado -- about an hour from Denver into the Rocky mountains -- I'm thinking that a pair of good driving lights might be a worthwhile addition

- As a substitute for driving lights consider switching to halogen head lights. I was forced to put one in when I blew a bulb. It lights up the night pretty good. They do draw a lot more amps. -- Best

- Have you looked at the Halogen Classic Driving Lamps that Moss offers (162-835)? At $34.90 they seem pretty reasonable and seem to have the appropriate look. I don't know about reverse lamps... I do

- I'm on that same quest. The lamp that I've found that looks closest to being right for the period is the Cibie Tango in a chrome finish, but they ain't cheap at $90 each from Daniel Stern Lighting (
